Hi my name is Richard Wygand, I am a Dad of 2 unique kids. Each one of them is unique in their own way. My boy Luke has special needs, a rare genetic condition called nemaline myopathy. My girl Amber it is highly energetic girl. As of me, the Dad on a mission, I am a musician and a writer and prior to that I was a professional triathlete focus in ironman distance. I became an athlete in order understand myself and heal depression, and that is how I became a musician and writer. All this happened due dreams, intuition, clairaudience, powered by rock and roll. It all started at young age with an iron maiden taking the idea of suicide out of my head. Rock and Roll is more than music for me, it's like a Religion!!!
